Indoor Cycling

Join us for indoor cycling! Beat the cold, burn a ton of calories, and have a great workout. Any level is welcome and bring your own bike (all styles welcome!) to be hooked up on the fluid trainer. Kim S is teaching this class on Saturday February 23rd.

Kettlebell Kardio

Get your “Kettlebell On” with another round of Kettlebell Kardio. Strength, movement, sweat and an awesome post endorphin rush .... from all the fun! Brian is teaching this class.

Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching February 9th.
