Kettlebell & Go

Kettle Bell and Go Weekend Workout
Kettlebell & Go is another cardio/strength based workout. We will travel to a local
Forest Preserve (to be determined) and do a run, jog or walk interval.
We will then do a kettlebell exercise (after the interval) and repeat the sequence.

The goal is to get through 8 sets of a cardio interval and kettlebell sequence. Challenging? Yes, but doable for any fitness level.

You can walk, jog or run for this workout. Increase your overall anaerobic and aerobic strength with this fun and different workout.

Minimum: 4
