Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching this class.

Slamball Express

The Slamball Express Workout is back ! A fun combo of cardio/strength and bodyweight movements. We use light dumbbells for the cardio (power walking/light jogging) and then do various Slamball strength/ slam exercises. Burpees end a round and can be modified using a plyobox if needed.
