Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching January 6.
The Step 2 Strength class combines basic stepping moves along with strength (using one dumbbell) and bodyweight exercises. Our Essential Fitness Yoga Basics class is open to all levels, beginner through seasoned yogi. We link breath, strength and flexibility for a total mind-body workout. This class is a perfect compliment to your regular active endeavors. Kim G teaches this class.
Get some cardio work with your resistance! Enjoy a challenging workout with modifications for all levels. We will be using the kettlebells to improve both muscular strenth, muscular endurane, and cardiovasular endurance. Pam is teaching this class.
Get your stress out with some indoor cardio (Jogging in place to name one thing) and also some bodyweight/core/strength based exercises. Plates, slam balls, med balls, steps, dumbbells and kettlebells will be used. This workout will be partner based and a lot of fun.
