Kettlebell Cardio

This is a Kettlebell workout that builds strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance. We’ll work hard and have some fun. Different kettlebell weights allow for various abilities to workout together. This is an indoor workout. Pam teaches this class.

Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching January 25th.

Get out of the cold and join the Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp. This workout is a combo of cardio and strength. 1) Light dumbbells will be used for various cardio movements. Kettlebell Kardio + Strength

Join us for a 10 Round Kettlebell Kardio + Strength Workout. This will be a quick paced workout with kettlebell cardio moments and then a strength exercise to follow. Brian teaches this class at 8:15 am.

Indoor cycling
