Step2Strength

Not your 80’s step class! This is a full body workout with plenty of core work and some intensity thrown in for fun! We use dumbbells and the blue benches for this well rounded workout! Kim G teaches this class.

Yoga Basics

This class is for all levels of yogis; beginner through seasoned practitioner. Kim G teaches this class, from 9:15-10:15 am.

The 2nd Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp will deliver the fitness goods on March 23rd. A mix of cardio & strength will be on tap for this workout. Bike2Slamball2Burpee

New Hybrid Workout with Cycling, Slamball Movements and Burpees. This workout is a nice mix of cardio and strength. Sign up for a fun sweatfest workout! Brian teaches this class at 8:15 am.
