Spartan/OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Workout #2

Join us for the second of our Spartan/OCR Workouts to get ready for Spartan Super on August 15th. We will be starting out at Efit (Backyard) with some kettlebell, slam ball, step climbs, sandbag and plyo box exercises.

We will then run to Frederick School and Central Park for some bodyweight exercises. We will be doing some hill repeats and running in the woods at Central Park.

Burpees? Of course! This workout will last a little over an hour and we hope to cover 5-6 miles.

Challenging? Yes. but very doable for anyone that wants to increase their fitness levels. We only ask that you are able to do a light jog with the group.
