Join us for another Outside Workout while the Step2Strength class is going on in the studio.
A sandbag warm up followed a slow jog to Central Park. We will be doing some monkey bar holds, Burpees and some hill repeats at Central Park.
We will then head back to Efit for some log carries, sandbag step climbs and monkey bar Movements.
Rope & wall climbs are optional.
