This class will be at the same time as the Burn & Buff class in the studio.
Both classes are a nice mix of cardio and strength based routines. These types of workouts are the key to increase your fitness levels and help prepare you for any athletic event that you may participate in. We will watch and push you to have a productive workout. You will also feel great after!
The Burn & Buff will be inside the studio and the Outdoor Workout will be…. you guessed right (outdoors).
We will merge groups and do some fun partner based stuff during one of our “breaks” outside. We have some room so join the workout festivities if you are around.
Any fitness level is welcome and the exercises are very doable. See you on Saturday!
