Join Us!! The Spartan/OCR – Bodyweight Workout will help you to get ready for the June 11th Spartan in Richmond. Not doing the race? Join us anyway for a fun whole body workout that will get your fitness levels all amped up!
We will start at Efit with slamball, sandbag, bucket carry and step up exercises. We wil then do a slow jog to Central Park and do some hill repeats, burpees, push ups, step ups and plank crawls.
We finish back at Efit with wall and monkey bar climbs, spear throws and rope climbs.These last activites are fun to do but optional. We will work with you in regards to rope, wall and monkey bar climbing technique. Very doable will slight modifications.
