The Kettlebell & Go Workout is back ! We will meet at Nippersink Forest Preserve for this strength and movement workout.
Kettlebells will be at 3 different locations in the Park and we will walk, jog or run to each location. Joggers and or runners will go ahead and come back to the walkers. I will be walking or doing a slow jog with the main group.
Any fitness level can join this workout and we will do all the exercises together.
