Indoor OCR Workout

Get your stress out with some indoor cardio (Jogging in place to name one thing) and also some bodyweight/core/strength based exercises.

Plates, slam balls, med balls, steps, dumbbells and kettlebells will be used.

This workout will be partner based and a lot of fun.
