Indoor Cycling – Bike2Burpee

The Bike2Burpee is back and ready to go. We do some indoor cycling and then follow with some Burpees. A great workout to burn calories and build overall endurance.
You use your own bike and we can put it on the fluid trainers that we use for this workout.

Worried about the Burpees? Don’t — plyoboxes can be used or you can go to the floor. Your choice. This is a favorite workout for many of us but you have to give it a try. We are starting this workout a little later so ….. See you there!
