Indoor Cycling – Bike2Burpee

The Bike2Burpee Workout is here! Join us for an Indoor Cycling Ride and planned Burpees tossed in for a great workout.

We will warm up and then do some Burpees. We will then do some cycling ing intervals, rest and more Burpees.

Any Burpee is good and we welcome anyone to join. A plyobox can be used for those who do not want to go to the ground.

Cycling intervals & Burpees will increase your fitness levels to all time highs. Very doable– Bike2Burpee is for you!
