The 2nd Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp will deliver the fitness goods on March 23rd.
A mix of cardio & strength will be on tap for this workout.
Two modes:
1) Individual cardio movements using light dumbbells. Some of these movements will be timed.
2) The strength portion of the workout will be stationed-based.
It will consist of sandbags, steps, med balls with handles and the grip slings (assisted pull-up straps).
This combination (cardio + strength) is one of the best ways to burn calories, lean out and get fit.
