Dumbbell Cardio and Strength

This is a new In Studio Weekend Workout. We will get a cardio workout utilizing single and double dumbbell exercises, adding core work, as well.

This is a great mix of both aerobic and anaerobic pathways. It’s a great way to get lean and burn calories, regardless of gender. We’ll have some fun, too!
