Cycling Intervals (Let’s Get Out & Ride)

It’s time to get outside for a group ride after a couple of months of indoor cycling. Let’s Get Out & Ride will be a 15 mile (safe) route that will include a combination of rolling hills and flat terrain. The goal is is to make you feel comfortable on the road and also increase your overall speed/fitness levels. Steady state and interval based activities will be included in this workout. Two Efit trainers will lead this ride to make sure everyone is on track.This workout will help you to get ready for any race that you may have coming up.

Bonus miles will optional after the workout if interested.

This is a Weekend Workout event (punch card or drop in required). Kim G and Kim S will lead this event.

This event will start at 7 am, location TBD.
