The Burn & Buff Workout is a fun quick paced interval type of workout that includes strength training and cardio. One dumbbell/core exercises will be done in the studio and then we will go outside for cardio intervals down the street and around Memorial Park (which is .4 mile from EFIT). You can run or do a speed walk for this portion of the workout based on your current fitness level. The cardio intervals will be timed. Each portion of the workout (strength & cardio) will be 10 minutes in length. Rest time will be added on. Two instructors (Pam & Kim S.) will lead this workout.
