Burn & Buff

Burn and Buff consists of three rounds of dumbbell and body weight strength work interrupted by cardio intervals. This workout is easily adapted to any fitness level!

If weather permits, we will be going outside for the intervals. If not, we’ll do them in the studio.

Pam is teaching on March 24th. .
