Burn & Buff

September 30, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

We will be doing three rounds of strength exercises with cardio intervals in between. Weather permitting, the cardio intervals will be running or walking around the small park near the studio. If the weather is bad we will do the cardio in the studio. This workout is open to everyone as the intervals are time, not speed based. Come join for a good time and a good workout!
