Outdoor Workout

Time to get outside in the Fall Colors with an outside workout. Some light jogging and bodyweight exercises will be on tap.

We will do all the exercises together. If someone want to increase the cardio intensity, he or she can run ahead and then circle back to the main group. This pattern has worked well in the past.

Always a fun workout and it is very effective in increasing your overall fitness levels.
