A Sunday Outdoor Workout will be ready to go!
This will be a prep workout for the Chicago Spartan Sprint on Saturday, June 10th if you are doing the race.
If not, no worries — join the fun and get a whole body workout in.
Either way — It’s all good!
We will be doing some bodyweight exercises along with a slow jog or a power walk near the studio. No Central Park for this workout but we will have plenty to do.
