The end off the year is coming up soon. We will be doing a Mini Bodyweight/Core Workout along with two other events on December 10th.
This workout will consist of a dumbbell warm up (exercises) followed be a slow jog or fast walk to JC Park (one street over from the studio — not that far).
We will return to the studio and do slam balls (any weight), rope climbs & monkey bar holds (both optional), log carries (various weights), modified push ups and partner squats.
2-3 Rounds. A very doable workout for everyone. Sign up if you are interested. You will not be disappointed!
