OCR / Bodyweight Workout

Our first OCR/Spartan/ Whole Body Workout. We will start at Efit and do some fun things. Sand bag carries, slam ball throws, step ups, modified burpees, push up stand walks and bucket carries.

We will then do a light jog or fast walk to Central Park where we will do some core work, hill repeats, step ups and burpees (any version).

We then head back to Efit and finish with Rope Climbs, Wall Climbs and Monkey Bar walks. This last part is optional and we help each other with the exercises if someone wants to try them.

This Workout is very doable and done togehter as a group. All the exercises can be modified.
