Indoor Cycling

Join us for indoor cycling! Beat the cold, burn a ton of calories, and have a great workout. Any level is welcome and bring your own bike (all styles welcome!) to be hooked up on the fluid trainer. Kim S is teaching this class on Saturday February 23rd.

Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching February 23rd.
