Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching October 20th.

Yoga Basics

This yoga class is suitable for beginners and also a good practice for the seasoned yogi. We will move through various poses with focus on breath, flexibility and core strength. Kim G teaches this class.

Step 2 Strength

This is a full body workout using dumbbells and the blue steps. Kim G is teaching Saturday October 13th.
