Iʼve been a avid runner for years, participating in race distances from the 5K to 50K. I also like to participate in other sports including biking, boxing, soccer and basically any outdoor workout activity. I made a decision (in 2011) to increase my overall strength and continue to learn about strength training. I quickly realized how much I enjoy strength training and all the health/ﬁtness benefits that comes with this mode of training. I enjoy the balance of doing many different activities for my overall ﬁtness. I am passionate about making fitness fun and enjoyable for everyone!
Kim's focus is overall strength/fitness training and making these programs fun for everyone.
