Getting or staying in shape is flat out hard work…… All the time! It seems that or bodies are always somewhere on this bodyfat chart.  Check out this graph below and assess where you are at. Are you currently carrying to much weight, somewhere in the middle or on the lean side. Does is matter?  The obvious answer is yes it does matter (where you are at on this chart) for health and fitness reasons.  The best way to achieve an optimum Bodyfat % is to do a combination of whole body strength training, cardio exercise and monitoring your diet.
Getting older means getting wiser in all the three areas just listed.
