This workout combines strength and cardio intervals with three rounds of strength work interrupted by intervals of cardio. Due to the time of year, we will get creative with indoor cardio instead of heading outside. Pam is teaching Jan 12.

Fitness Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching Jan 12.
