Indoor Cycling

Time for some effective cardio cross training with an Indoor Cycling class. It’s a great workout (on the fluid based trainers) that will get your heart rate pumping and YOU feeling great. Bring your own bike and get cranking! Brian is teaching this class.

Fitness Boxing

December 15 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Boxing is a great way to get in shape or take you to another fitness level. A whole body workout that will concentrate on basic boxing movements. Each class will also have bodyweight exercises built into the workout. Kim S is teaching December 15th.
