Around for the 4th of July Weekend ?
Join us for the Strength, Cardio & Bodyweight Fat Blaster Workout.
This is a NEW WEEKEND WORKOUT that is a great combo of cardio and strength.
Sandbags, kettlebells, slamballs and burpees will be the main exercise theme.
We will start with a little speed walk or jog ( with or without a sandbag – your choice) up White Street and then back to the studio.
** White Street is one street over from the studio and is a quarter mile
(.25 mile) in distance – back and forth.
We will than do a combo of kettlebell and slamball exercises along with some burpees.
Don’t worry – There will be plyoboxes for the burpees if needed.
This workout is very doable and extremely effective for your overall fitness profile.
It is basically a metabolic conditioning workout that works your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
The overall idea is to maximize your time with a workout that gets you moving, burns calories and helps you to get LEAN.
This workout will definitely do it.
One of my favorite ways to train and YOU will feel the benefits after.
