Sign up for the Slamball Express Workout !

The Workout:

Power walk or jog with light dumbbells (1/4 mile) — Up & down White Street.

We will then do some Slamball Movements followed by some Burpees (use a plyobox if needed).

Some Slamball strength exercises will also be in play.

A great combo of cardio/strength and bodyweight exercises.

Brian teaches this class at 8:15 am.
