Slamball Express (Indoor Version)

2020 is here !!!

Time to crank it up with an Indoor Slamball Express Workout.

A combo of dumbbell cardio,
Slamball movements and Bodyweight exercises including Burpees.

We will be working both the anaerobic & aerobic energy systems (as always) to burn calories and get you in tip top shape!

Everything can be modified including using the Plyoboxes for burpees.

Brian teaches this class at 8:15 am.
