Slamball Express

The Slamball Express Workout is back !

A fun combo of cardio/strength and bodyweight movements.

We use light dumbbells for the cardio (power walking/light jogging) and then do various Slamball strength/ slam exercises.

Burpees end a round and can be modified using a plyobox if needed.

If it rains, we will do everything in the studio.

See you on the 12th !
