It’s getting a little nicer outside so — let’s get out and do a Kettlebell & Go Workout.
We did this workout last fall and had a great time.
We will start at the studio and do exercises there and then head to Jaycee Park (one street over where we did the Efit Games).
There will be kettlebells located at Jaycee Park.
We will then finish back at the studio and on White Street (down from the studio) with various movements.
This workout is a great way to combine cardiovascular and strength movements together for beneficial results.
All the exercises can be modified and there will be two trainers (Pam and myself) to help out.
