A Kettlebell & Go Workout starting at the studio and then heading to Central Park.
Lots of kettlebell exercises including some hills, Intervals and other core activities.
We will then head back to the studio to finish up.
Get your gears going and sign up!
There will be two groups so don’t worry about the cardio. The running group will circle back with the fast walking/jogging group.
We will do all the exercises together again.
