Kettlebell Cardio

Kettlebell Cardio is back! A fun class that will focus on whole body kettlebell movements along with some core exercises.

Kettlebells are one of the best ways to rev up your metabolism and start the process of decreasing body fat and toning your body.

Anyone is welcome to join and all of the exercises can be modified if needed.
