Mixing Cardio and Strength are two of the best ways to burn calories and lean out.
The Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp will consist of those two modes.
1) Individual cardio movements using light dumbbells. Some of these movements will be timed.
2) The strength based stations will consist of sandbags, steps, medicine balls with handles and gripslings (assisted pull-up straps).
This is a quick paced workout but very doable for everyone.
