Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp

Get out of the cold and join the Indoor Bodyshaper Bootcamp.

This workout is a combo of cardio and strength.

1) Light dumbbells will be used for various cardio movements.

Followed by ⬇️

2) 5 partner based stations that will use med balls, blue steps, pancake sandbags, pilates rings and the gripslings.

Followed by ⬇️

3) Partner bodyweight exercises.

Cardio combined with strength modes are an effective way to burn calories and lean out.
