A new Weekend Workout (studio based) with dumbbells. This workout will concentrate on cardio movements (with two dumbbells) and then one dumbbell exercises.
Some core exercises will also be added in the mix.
This full body workout is a nice mix of both aerobic/anaerobic modes and a favorite of mine.
I believe this combo is one the best ways to get lean and burn calories from a fitness standpoint – regardless of gender.
