The Bike2burpee is back and ready to go. Indoor cycling (using the fluid based trainers) will be followed by burpees.

This workout is a slow builder and will include some timed cycling interval as well.

Plyoboxes can be used for the burpees for those interested in using one.

This is a fun quick based but very doable workout.
